Erika is a Principal at Datum.  She serves as the Business Development Director for our offices in Austin and San Antonio.  A 20-year veteran of the firm, her responsibilities include fostering relationships with clients, owners, and industry peers; and supporting and coordinating new client and project development.

"The people.  I feel very fortunate to get to work with so many wonderful and talented people, both internal team members and other marketing and design professionals in the industry.  The opportunity. There is always something new and exciting to work on.   It keeps me running all the time and I love that.  The challenge.  If it was always easy it would be so boring."
