Jessica serves as the business development director in the Dallas office, focused on strategic growth for the firm. This includes fostering relationships across the industry, identifying opportunities, and promoting the team’s work and qualifications.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Louisiana State University. Prior to joining Datum, Jessica worked across the commercial real estate industry in various roles, and first got into the AEC side in business development for a multifamily architect.

What inspires you about your work?

I enjoy being on the front lines and showing off the talented engineers at our firm. It’s exciting to play a role in many projects our team works on, and to work with the other players who make buildings come to life. 

Why do you work at Datum?

Datum has a rich history of notable work and I’ve come to understand that it’s the people and the talent who have made that possible. It’s impressive to see the tenure around the office! When you work in a service business, people are the difference maker.
