Nima has brought design expertise to a wide array of Datum projects from small municipal structures to massive educational facilities design and renovation. His expertise includes the specialty design of complicated structural systems and elements, such as post-tensioned transfer girders and deep beams.

He received his bachelor’s in civil engineering from the Bahá'í Institute for Higher Education, and his master’s in structural engineering from UT Austin.
