A new 60,000 sq. ft., four-story building will include five teaching kitchen labs and two full commercial kitchen labs with large storage areas, classrooms, and other support areas. Multiple public spaces for small seating areas with a hospitality feel. The hospitality program features classroom with mock hotel office and breakout rooms. Also includes a 100-seat tiered lecture hall that can double as a food demo kitchen, faculty offices and loading dock.
