Cypress Waters Office Building

The Billingsley Company is developing The Offices of Cypress Waters, an expansive multi-building office complex as part of a 1,000-acre waterfront, mixed-use office, retail and multi-family community.

Datum worked on the new 3-story office building, 150,000 Sq. Ft. of offices and conference space, and 1300 parking spaces. The most economical structural system at the time was a tilt wall perimeter that created the architectural expression and supported the floor loads and resisted the wind.
